By downloading, installing, or using Friday ("the software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License to use

Friday is provided to you as a proprietary software application. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on your own devices for personal or professional purposes. You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the software without explicit written permission from the developer.

3. Permitted use

You may use Friday for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, including:

• Automating tasks on your own computer
• Integrating Friday into your personal or professional workflow

4. Prohibited use

You must not use Friday to:

• Access, monitor, or control another person's computer without their explicit knowledge and consent
• Collect, harvest, or process another person's personal data without legal basis
• Facilitate illegal activity of any kind
• Circumvent security controls or authentication mechanisms you are not authorised to bypass
• Generate, distribute, or act upon content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or illegal

5. Third-party services

Friday relies on Google Cloud Vertex AI to process AI requests. By using Friday, you also agree to comply with Google Cloud's Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Friday complies with any third-party service terms applicable to your account.

6. No warranty

Friday is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes but is not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The developer makes no guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Friday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use Friday and for any outcomes that result from its use. This includes ensuring that any automation Friday performs on your behalf is intentional, authorised, and lawful.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
