Friday runs locally on your computer. We don't collect your voice recordings, screen content, or personal files. The only external service Friday uses is Google Cloud Vertex AI to power its AI capabilities, your queries are sent there to be processed.

Friday uses Google Cloud Vertex AI to power its AI capabilities. When you interact with Friday, your queries and relevant context are sent to Google's infrastructure for processing. Please refer to Google Cloud's Privacy Notice for details on how Google handles this data.
Friday uses Clerk for optional user session management if account features are enabled. Clerk's privacy policy applies to any data processed through their service.
Friday stores conversation history and user preferences locally on your Windows PC using SQLite. This data is stored in your user application data directory and is not accessible to anyone other than you and applications running on your machine.
Friday can take screenshots and interact with your desktop when you explicitly ask it to perform tasks that require this. Screenshots are used only to fulfil the specific task you requested and are not stored beyond the active conversation session.
Friday is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
