The problem
Most AI tools sit in a browser tab waiting for you to come to them. You copy text in, paste text out, switch windows, repeat. It's better than nothing, but it's not what AI should feel like.
The real promise of AI is a computer that understands what you're trying to do and helps you do it, right where you are, without you having to change how you work.
The idea
Friday is built around a different model. It lives on your desktop, always a hotkey away. You talk to it, literally, with your voice, and it acts. It can see your screen, control your apps, browse the web, and run tasks in the background.
No new interface to learn. No tab-switching. Just say what you need and get back to work.
The builder
Isaac Okwuzi
Design engineer with a passion for building tools that positively impact how people live & work. Friday is my attempt to make AI accessible to anyone, not just "techies".
What we believe
AI should come to you
You shouldn't have to change your workflow to use AI. Friday meets you where you are, on your desktop, in your apps, right now.
Voice is the most natural interface
Typing is overhead. Talking is thinking out loud. Friday is built voice-first because that's how people naturally delegate work.
Privacy by default
Friday runs locally on your machine. What happens on your computer stays on your computer, no cloud required for core tasks.
AI for everyone
Powerful AI tools shouldn't require a technical background to use. Friday is designed to feel as natural as talking to a colleague.
